We already knew there was a huge demand for Deep House Music in Dubai. So with the right creatives and conversion funnels reaching Kaynouna’s goal was very acheivable. FOODBOT
FoodBot is Chatbot Messenger SaaS product for Restaurants. They help Restaurants grow their sales using Auto Facebook Messaging Sequences and their In-Built “Online” Food Ordering App.
FoodBot’s customers are restaurants and they wanted to Onboard a high volume of restaurants onto their platform.

SHOP KITOPI
Kitopi is a managed cloud kitchen platform that partners with restaurants to expand their delivery reach. In 2019, Travis Kalanick, Uber co-founder and former CEO, made a sizable investment in Kitopi. – Shop Kitopi is their online groceries subsidiary.
We launched Shop Kitopi’s BRAND NEW site with no past data on Facebook.

There is a lot of competition in this region and selling premium groceries in Dubai is a huge challenge. We had to test MULTIPLE creatives – videos & images.
We found winning products very early on from our tests and optimized the pixel to bring in more customers with a higher purchase intent.
We continue to BROADEN and optimize Audience Sets so that the client can reach a wider audience within Dubai as well as RETARGET existing audiences so that Shop Kitopi always stays on top of their customers’ minds.
Deccan Delight
Deccan Delight was founded to bring authentic Deccan Hyderabadi Cuisine to the UAE. Food that’s found at weddings and functions in Hyderabad. With a 4.1 Zomato rating and top chefs, they were already serving the highest quality food, from biryani’s to the famous ‘patthar ka gosht’.
However, their social media signals weren’t keeping up, and so they wanted to increase their brand awareness and drive footfall to their restaurants in Ajman and Sharjah. They also wanted to ramp up their Zomato orders. With a good monthly Ad budget their goal was to increase their restaurant’s revenue.

– 20-25% week-over-week growth in Dine’s and Deliveries.
We onboarded Deccan Delight in November 2019.
the strategy
We displayed single image ads with impeccable food photography and drove huge traffic to landing pages that we created for them. We collected leads and had guests make table reservations.
We were then able to retarget these leads and guests over and over again that generated a lot of word-of-mouth marketing for them and increased their ad post virality.
We segmented custom databases and created lookalike audiences. By doing so, were able to show different ads to different audiences and this helped us effectively communicate the brand message across the board.
We ramped up engagement on all our posts to get the CPM to the lowest we’ve seen and that helped Deccan Delight reach their target audience at the lowest possible ad cost.

Pro Dog Harness
The online pet store for dog products worked with us to increase their sales. We primarily created Conversion campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to rapidly scale their profits. The company saw a 676% increase in revenue and 190% increase in net profit.

The Strategy
Pro Dog Harness has had great success with Amazon listings, but it wanted to reach new and existing customers on their own Shopify enabled online store. They wanted to drive paid traffic and rapidly scale their profits using Facebook Ads and Instagram Marketing.
After signing with us, we created multiple high quality creatives and Ad copy in the form of both Image Ads and Video Ads. We also transformed their existing Google Ads into videos optimized for mobile.
The videos were made to fit Facebook News Feed, but also the 9:16 aspect ratio for Stories. The campaign was targeted to three key groups: Pro Dog Harness’ existing customers, their lapsed customers and cold customers who hadn’t bought a dog harness yet.
We targeted ads to people based on their interests and behavior. We also created Custom Audiences (an audience made up of existing customers) and lookalike audiences (audiences that were similar to its existing customers and likely to be interested in Pro Dog Harness).
Our main campaign objective on Facebook was conversions. We used a lot of different placements and targeted a specific age range that converted majority of our Ad spend into ultra positive ROI. We were able to gather a lot of high quality purchase data on their Facebook pixel to scale their Ads that got them a 7X ROI.
The results
Pro Dog Harness successfully acquired 3000 new customers within 45 days. The campaigns was spread across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Greece. Almost 500 existing customers upgraded to the No-Pull Dog Harness. Running from June 16–August 8th, 2019, the campaign achieved:
– 676% increase in revenue
– 190% increase in profit
The purchase data captured by the pixel was enough to create high value lookalike audiences to keep that same amount of customers buying from them every month.
