PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
The following points adhere to our customer refund policy at SYNCOM MEDIA LLC and the use of our online property/domain “www.syncom-media.com” and any/or all funnels, pages and properties associated to our domain “www.syncom-media.com” and our registered business SYNCOM MEDIA LLC.
Payment Policy
Concerning any payments by credit card or electronic funds transfer, by submitting your order for processing, you authorize us to charge your order (including taxes, shipping, handling and any amounts agreed upon before order submission) to your credit card or account.
If your credit card or account cannot be verified, or is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically.
All prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
Taxes will be adjusted from the amount shown on the billing screens, which may be caused by several factors, including variances between processor programs and changes in tax rates.
An invoice will be prior to the effective billing cycle.
Payment agreements are automatically renewed and will follow invoicing and billing cycles. Clients must notify us 15 days prior to the billing cycle to pause or terminate subscriptions.
Any increase of the annual maintenance fee, if applicable, shall not occur more often than once in any twelve (12) consecutive month period.
Refund policy
Once requested by you, Syncom Media LLC will charge your account or credit card the amount agreed upon under the executed contract, or as otherwise agreed upon by the parties.
If a project is delayed at the request of the client, due to the client’s internal processes, Syncom Media LLC will not be responsible for any costs incurred by this delay, any fees or damages will stand with the client unless agreed in writing at the time or delay by the client.
Executed contracts which are canceled within Twenty Four hours (24 hours) from the beginning of the contract, consultancy or service will be refunded, by hundred percent (100%) of the retainer fee.
Executed contracts which are canceled after Twenty Four hours (24 hours) from the beginning of the contract, consultancy or service will be refunded, by twenty five-percent (25%) adjusted and evaluated on the work done by Syncom Media LLC for the client.
Executed contracts which are canceled after Forty Eight Hours (48 hours) from the beginning of the contract, consultancy or service will be refunded, by ten-percent (10%) adjusted and evaluated on the work done by Syncom Media LLC for the client.
If a refund is proposed for any executed contract by, but not limited to, any member of Syncom Media LLC from the “syncom-media.com” email address, such refund proposals must be acknowledged by the customer by responding to that same email with a confirmation of the executed contract cancellation within Twenty Four hours (24 hours) from the beginning of the contract, consultancy or service to be refunded, by hundred percent (100%) of the retainer fee, after Twenty Four hours (24 hours) from the beginning of the contract, consultancy or service to be refunded, by twenty five-percent (25%) adjusted and evaluated on the work done by Syncom Media LLC for the client, and after Forty Eight Hours (48 hours) from the beginning of the contract, consultancy or service to be refunded, by ten-percent (10%) adjusted and evaluated on the work done by Syncom Media LLC for the client.
No refund is offered for any cancellations after two (2) weeks of the start of the executed contract.
All disputes and chargebacks will be met with severe legal consequences if the client decides to dispute the payments with their card company after using our services.
No refund is offered, if advertising partners, including but not limited to Facebook, Google and Taboola disable our clients’ ad accounts after the start of the executed contract from the effective billing date.
Syncom Media LLC will not be responsible for any costs incurred, and any fees or damages will stand with the client..
To be eligible for a refund the client must make a formal request to the email addresses of “syncom-media.com” and adhere to the timeframes set forth in the refund policy of our website “syncom-media.com” and a refund will be initiated according to the value set within the timeframes of eligible refunds.
Changes to payment and refund policy
We reserve the right to change this payment, refunds policy terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website.
